Why AI makes me write slower, not faster: A transcript of my conversation with AI while writing yesterday's post

The post was 400 words and it took me 2 hours to write. As an INTJ you might be horrified by the inefficiency. But without AI I worry incessantly that I’ll publish something no one wants to read, so I don’t publish what I write. A human editor can do this four or five rounds of edits, but AI will go through 50 rounds of editing with me which is probably OCD but it give me confidence to publish.
